A little about me: My name is Vanessa, I have been (consistently) working out 4+ days per week for over eight years. I like to change up my workout styles and routine occasionally. I am very food focused, I love thinking about food in terms of “how is this going to help me get through my day?” and not so much of “nom nom nom food tastes so good.” I have a few kids, and a few cats, one husband, one dog and one gecko named Jerry.
